<p>PURPOSE:To make anti-cracking resistance and to build remarkable protection against solution to resin by simultaneous application of insulations on each kind of parts by utilizing unsaturated polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:By a bobbin, a case and other parts made of thermoplastic polyester resin being simultaneously treated for insulation with unsaturated polyester resin compound a flyback transformer is fabricated. In this process thermoplastic polyester resin which is blended with fillers for improvement also suits the purpose. And unsaturated polyester resin compound is composed of styrene or its family's monomer, unsaturated polyester, hardening catalyst and filler. Especially thermoplastic polyester resin made of polybutylene terephthalate or polyethylene terephthalate has excellent familiarity with unsaturated polyester compound and no dissolved defect can be found.</p> |
