structures of metal cutting tools, namely working flat surfaces of parts by tools having polyhedral tips. SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with grooves for supporting holders with cutting members secured to them; mandrel joined with tool body; elastic and pressure members. Mandrel is joined with body by means of threaded joint in order to increase accuracy of working flat surfaces of parts. Mandrel has rod member, the last has passing smoothly one to another cylindrical portion placed inside elastic member rigidly secured by its ends to mandrel and to body; cone portion designed for engaging with holders; and centering portion embraced by elastic pressure member supported by bottom of cavity provided in tool body and designed for engaging by its upper part with holders.
