PURPOSE:To improve the stability of the photosensitive composition composed of spiropirane base organic photochromic material by letting organic aluminum compounds coexist. CONSTITUTION:Spiropirane base photochromic material such as 8'-nitro-1,3,5- trimethyl indorino benzo pyriro spirane is added with about 10-50 times mole thereof of organic aluminum compounds (aluminum laurate, aluminum isoproxide, etc.), whereby the photosensitive composition is formed with acrylic resin and polyester resin as a binder. By the addition of the above-mentioned organic aluminum compounds, the maximum absorption of the coloring of the spiro system moves to the 100-150nm longer wavelength side and the coloration states such as of red, yellow and orange which had been difficult to develop with the spiro base alone may be created. |
