PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling process of the gas lighter by forming the fuel tank and the piezo-electric mechanism in a body with a plastic body. CONSTITUTION:The electrode nozzle 4 and the injection valve 5 are attached to the fuel tank 3 of the plastic body 2 that is inserted in the lighter case 1, the grounding plate 7 is put in the bottom of the piezo-electric element built-in hole 6, the pieze-electric element holder 8 made of metal and the piezo-electric element 9 are set in the hole 6. Next the recovery spring 11 is put on the element, the gas opening- closing lever 12 is incorporated, the movable cylinder 14 is pressed in the operation button 13, the energizing spring 15 and hammer 16 are inserted into the cylinder 14, the cam hole 7 of the plastic body and the hole in the inclined lower edge of the movable cylinder are adjusted and the hammer pin 24 is inserted into the hammer hole. In this way, the assembling process can easily be completed. |
