KEYPAD MANUFACTURING METHOD

A method for manufacturing a keypad is provided to acquire a slim mobile phone by forming a control key on a rear plane of a film flat sheet through a printing process. A method for manufacturing a keypad includes the steps of: forming a film flat sheet of a transparent synthetic resin material; forming a first protection coating layer having rubber or leather feeling when the first protection coating layer is coated on a front plane of the film flat sheet and contacted with the keypad(S110); forming a second protection coating layer which is coated on a rear plane of the film flat sheet and maintains an adhesive force(S110); forming a deposition layer on which a thin film having color is coated on a rear plane of the second protection coating layer(S120); forming a printing layer mask on a rear plane of the deposition layer through a silk screen printing process(S130); removing a part of the deposition layer through an etching process using the printing layer mask(S140); processing the film flat sheet(S150); and forming the keypad having a base by attaching the base to a rear plane of the result material(S160).
