PURPOSE:To prevent a fire from starting in the motor with its winding part disconnected in a case of overcurrent flowing, by mixing an aluminum hydroxide in the molding material, that encloses the winding part, and by using a polyester enameled wire for the winding. CONSTITUTION:With a winding 2 rolled on around a stator core 1, peripheral areas of the winding and the stator are enclosed by a molding material 3. The molding material 3 is made in a manner with an aluminum hydroxide being mixed into the epoxy resin. And for the winding, is used a core conductor 6 of enameled wire with an insulating coat 5 applied. An overcurrent, if flowind in the winding, causes a layer-short between the windings not to provide a thermo-decomposition in the molding material 3. |
