PURPOSE:To reduce position errors by means of one motor exciting circuit common to a plurality of pulse motors and a power supply circuit proper to the respective pulse motors. CONSTITUTION:A power supply circuit 5 feeds a specified pulse motor 1 with a power and an excited pulse selection circuit 9 selects an excited pulse corresponding to the pulse motor to feed to a common motor exciting circuit 8, whereby the pulse motor is excited at a specified position. The excited pulse is changed in the phase in sequence so as to rotate the motor. At this moment, the other pulse motors 2 are suspended, left unexcited. Afterwards, to rotate a pulse motor, the supply of power is cut off the pulse motor 1 while a proper power is fed to the motor 2. An excited pulse corresponding to the motor 2 is selected by the selection circuit 9 and fed to the common motor exciting circuit 8. In this manner, the motor 2 is excited at a prescribed position. |
