PURPOSE:To obtain the title compounds, e.g. lubricating oils, etc., by reacting olefins and CO with hindered polyhydric alcohols in the presence of a Co compound and a pyridine catalyst in a specific proportion, and by separating the catalyst from the reaction mixture with ease before recirculation. |
