PURPOSE:To decrease the clogging of the catalyst bed and to facilitate the regeneration of the catalyst. by dividing the reaction chamber and the catalyst regeneration chamber with the sealing mechanism and by arranging the plural catalyst beds consisting of heatresisting carriers of cloth form and active carbon bestriding the both chambers with a specified structure.
