<p>The tripeptide L-prolyl-L-leucylglycinamide can be obtained in pure, crystalline form by dissolving it in methanol and adding to a clear methanol solution thereof, a relatively large volume of diethyl ether. The obtained tripeptide shows essentially only a single spot on TLC plates.</p> |
