<p>The ventilating system used in stables, with vertical exhaust duct has ventilating blower and means for varying the outlet duct cross section for accurate control and metering of the air from the stables. The ducts can be closed in poor weather. The exhaust air blower (10) is suspended about an horizontal pivoted axis (17) below the inlet end of the duct (16). The blower can be swivelled between a position where duct flow cross section is fully opened and where the inlet cross section of the duct is covered. The pivoting axis (17) is arranged on the side of the ducts inlet end. The suspended blower is connected by a rope to the actuating electric motor (6). The rope connects the motor drive with the frame of the blower.</p> |
