摘要

PURPOSE:A glass face plate that becomes a Brewster window is held and fixed without dition of force at temperature higher than the atmospheric temperature at which gas laser tube is used, whereby a Brewster window holding structure wherein the Brewster window is fixed to an external holding body by the differences in thermal expansion at service temperature is obtained.
