<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inductor for an electromagnetic pressure welding equipment which can easily arrange an object to be bonded in an inductor and easily taken out it therefrom, in spite of existence of different shape part like a bending part or the like, when the object to be bonded constituted by fixedly inserting a metal pipe P1 (or metal rod) and a metal pipe P2 having different shape parts on each outside are bonded at the fixedly inserted part by electromagnetic pressure welding. CONSTITUTION:The title inductor is constituted of a primary disk type coil 1 provided with a central hole 3 and a slit 4 for forming a current conduction circuit and a secondary disk type coil 2 provided with a central hole 3 and no slits which coil constitutes a closed circuit for making an induction current circulate. When both of the coils are superposed, an insertion hole 5 for an object to be bonded like a pipe or the like and a working hole 6 for bonding are formed on the superposed surface, so as to be capable of continuous linkage via each of the above central holes 3. Both of the coils 1, 2 superposed in the insulating state with insulative material 19 are constituted so as to be separable. On account of this separable constitution, the above different shape object to be bonded can be arranged in the inductor and taken out therefrom without any troubles.</p> |
