PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a slip in a desired form without changing the setting contents of an existing application or data base. SOLUTION: This system has an index information storage part 2 for storing index information wherein slip source data for storing data constituting a slip for each piece of data, column position, index of these data and display order are preset; a retrieval executing part 12 for acquiring the slip data from a data base 3 by executing a retrieval sentence prepared by a retrieval control part 11 based on retrieval conditions and slip from an input control processing part 1 and on the index information corresponding to the designated slip; and a statistic processing executing part 10 for generating the slip by adding the summed-up result to the slip data based on statistic information presetting the presence/absence of data summing-up execution according to format information provided by a format information reading part 9 corresponding to the designated output destination. Then, the slip is outputted based on the index information concerning the rearrangement of data held and managed on a two-dimensional table in the data base 3. |
