<p>PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a data collision and system down by stopping the sending of transmitting data in accordance with the level of main carriers and, at the same time, discriminating the presence/absence of sub-carriers and, even when the sub-carriers are detected, stopping the sending of the transmitting data. CONSTITUTION:Transmitting data from a data controlling circuit 6 are sent through a transmitter controlling circuit 13, transmitting circuit 8, antenna sharing device 2, and antenna 1 after the data are modulated at a base band circuit 5. When the DC voltage signal DVS inputted to a main carrier level discriminating circuit 11 is higher than a reference voltage Vref and a discriminate signal DS is outputted and when sub-carriers are detected by means of a sub-carrier detecting circuit 12 and a detect signal SDS is outputted, sending of transmitting data is stopped by the control of the transmitter controlling circuit 13. Therefore, occurrence of a data collision can be prevented and possibility of occurrence of system down can be eliminated.</p> |
