FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A field emission display device is provided to improve a characteristic of electron emission of a whole panel by adding a resistance layer to a gate layer. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display device comprises a multitude of gate line. A resistance layer is formed between each pixel group(10,20,30) existing on the multitude of gate line. The resistance layer comprises the first resistance(40) and the second resistance(50). The resistance layer is formed with one of a pure silicon or a polysilicon or an amorphous silicon or a diffusion resistance. The amount of emitted electron is maintained constantly in a predetermined ratio by changing a length of the resistance layer.
