PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration achieving accurate white balance adjustment in a high luminance area. SOLUTION: In white balance adjustment processing in a high luminance area of an image signal, a color to be easily recognized is selected as a level change color from white balance adjustment based on changes in R and B signal levels when a G signal in RGB signals is fixed, white balance adjustment based on a change of an R/G signal level when the B signal is fixed or white balance adjustment based on a change in a G/B signal level when the R signal is fixed to execute white balance adjustment. By this configuration, highly accurate white balance adjustment can be achieved. Furthermore, a lookup table (LUT) based on the white balance adjustment is applied to input/output value conversion, so that an image signal processor is provided achieving accurate conversion according to a device.
