<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight and long-life case mold type capacitor which suppresses heat generation by increasing efficiency of current flowing through a bus bar, and makes it difficult for heat toward a capacitor element to propagate, thereby having excellent heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The case mold type capacitor comprises: a capacitor element 21; a pair of bus bars 22 and 23 connected to a pair of electrodes 21a of the capacitor element 21; and a case 24 obtained by storing the capacitor element 21, followed by resin molding. The bus bars 22 and 23 respectively include a long conductor 22a; a terminal part 22b for external connection which is disposed at an end in a longitudinal direction of the conductor 22a; and an electrode connection part 22c which is protruded from a side of the conductor 22a so as to be connected to an electrode 21a of the capacitor element 21.
