PURPOSE: A blower apparatus for combined cooler/heater air conditioner is provided to prevent hot air from directly contacting human skin by adjusting the air blowing direction through the use of vane for the dedicated use of heating operation. CONSTITUTION: A blower apparatus comprises a case(51); a blower mounted within the case and which rotates so as to blow air toward the indoor air; a plurality of upper and lower vanes(56) mounted at the front lower surface of the case and which adjust the direction of air being supplied from the blower so as to guide the air toward the indoor area; a discharge grille(55) mounted at the lower end of the case and which has upper and lower vanes mounted to the discharge grille; a vane(52) for the dedicated use of heating operation arranged at the upper surface of the case so as to be extracted toward the outside of the case, and which adjusts the direction of air guided by upper and lower vanes; a step motor(53) for the dedicated use of heating operation which is arranged at the side surface of the case and operates the vane; a vane link(54) for connecting the step motor and vane; a temperature sensor(57) mounted at the front surface of the vane and which senses the temperature of the discharge air and outputs a signal corresponding to the sensed result; and a control unit for outputting an operation signal to the motor in accordance with the signal output from the temperature sensor.
