PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for authentication in a level higher than that for personal information provided from a credit information provider at a low cost. SOLUTION: An authenticator terminal receives a fact that the credit information provider directly authenticated by an authenticator authenticates a person to be authenticated as a record associating an authentication form of the credit information provider with a hash of the authentication form of the person to be authenticated or a hash value of operation results of the authentication form of the person to be authenticated and the authentication form of the credit information provider, and further with additional information provided when the credit information provider authenticates the person to be authenticated or encryption additional information in which the additional information is encrypted with the authentication form of the person to be authenticated, and furthermore with flag information indicating whether the authentication has succeeded or not.
