PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a facility management knowledge network service system which actualizes smooth, waste-free facility management by unifying and managing facilities through processes for operation management, facility update planning, etc., from their designing stage or the stage after the designing or construction. SOLUTION: A knowledge network is composed of an application service provider(ASP) equipped with a designing and construction system for implementation from the designing of the facilities to the ordered construction or facilities having been designed and a management system and an update system for the facilities including facilities having been constructed and an Internet service provider(ISP) equipped with a system which provides condition presentation regarding the design construction, management, and update of the facilities and data responding to the presentation. The unified management from the designing of the construction to the construction and operation management is enabled and price information wherein facility materials are made transparent can be obtained. |
