PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the excision of a fine tissue by providing blade-shaped protruded parts at the tip parts of electrode members to be turned to the side of a counterpart. SOLUTION: A medical bipolar tweezers device is constituted of a device body 2 to supply a high frequency power source, normal bipolar tweezers 3 for coagulation and bipolar tweezers 4 for excision. These bipolar tweezers 3 and 4 are connected to the device body 2 by a lead 5. The bipolar tweezers 3 for coagulation are provided as usual with a pair of electrode members 6 and 6 facing each other and the opposed parts at the tip are formed flat. The opposed tip parts of a pair of electrode members 7 and 7 of the bipolar tweezers 4 for excision are provided with blade-shaped protruded parts 8 and 8 to be turned to the side of a counterpart separately. Blood of a blood vessel is stopped by the bipolar tweezers 3 for coagulation and a tissue is incised by a discharge between the blade-shaped protruded parts 8 and 8 of the bipolar tweezers 4 for excision. |
