PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode filter.SOLUTION: A common mode filter includes a substrate, an insulating layer formed on the substrate, and having a cavity penetrating the central part and a coil pattern provided internally, and a magnetic particle-resin composite layer constituted of a core part filling the cavity and a cover part covering the insulating layer. The core part contains only fine powder magnetic particles having a diameter of 30 μm or less, and the cover part contains fine powder magnetic particles having a diameter of 30 μm or less, and coarse powder magnetic particles having a diameter larger than that of the fine powder magnetic particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
