PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed electric part which is improved in airtightness, wherein the airtightness of the electric part is hardly affected by the material of a lid even if a resin adhesive agent is different from the lid in thermal expansion coefficient, a gap is hardly formed between the resin adhesive agent and a case, and the resin adhesive agent and the inner circumference of the case are firmly bonded to each other. SOLUTION: The sealed electric part is equipped with the case 1 formed with an opening 1e; a board 8 provided with an external terminal 9 protruding toward the opening 1e; the lid 10 which is formed with a through-hole 10a where the external terminal 9 is inserted to be fitted and fitted to the inner circumference of the opening 1e; and the adhesive agent 14 which fills a part above the lid 10 so as to block a mating interface between the internal circumference of the opening 1e and the lid 10, and the other mating interface between the external terminal 9 and the lid 10. A plate-like spacer 11 is provided in the resin of the adhesive agent 14 so as to be buried along the plate surface of the lid 10, and the spacer 11 is formed of a plate member whose linear expansion coefficient is closer to that of the case 1 than to that of the adhesive agent 14.
