摘要 The present invention relates to a functional beverage including fermented brown rice slurry as an active ingredient, and to a method for producing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing fermented brown rice slurry, in which a three-step fermentation procedure is performed by using brown rice and yeast, and a precipitate generated through the three-step fermentation procedure is diluted by water, so fermented brown rice slurry is produced in a way of concentrating a brown rice fermented liquid filtered by a sieve. The fermented brown rice slurry produced through the method according to the present invention not only has an excellent antibacterial activity with respect to enteric harmful bacteria which cause indigestion, but also has an excellent antioxidant activity. Accordingly, the fermented brown rice slurry can be provided as a health functional beverage or food capable of helping an enteric activity.
