PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously effectively generate electric power as clean energy in a natural environment such as the seaside and the riverside by buoyancy rotation. SOLUTION: This power generation method can adjust power generation energy by raising a water level by putting a round pipe in a vacuum by reducing pressure in the round pipe by erecting the round pipe on a water surface. A floating body is connected in the round pipe and under the water surface, and buoyancy energy is obtained. The buoyancy energy is increased under the water surface, and in addition, the round pipe is erected by interlocking with a rotary body, and energy is increased further, and is converted into the power generation energy.
