PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately ease a hematogenous disorder by inserting a vibrator needle with a suction port in a blood vessel of a narrowed area causing the arteriosclerosis, inflating a balloon in a part of atheroma, pushing it wide from the inside, softening the atheroma by the vibration, and sucking it out front the body. SOLUTION: Where a treatment of inserting a catheter in a narrowed area of the coronary artery, inflating a balloon, and pushing the coronary artery wide from the inside is performed, there is such a tendency that the arteriosclerosis part enlarged by applying the pressure is narrowed again with time. A new catheter (a vibrator needle with a suction part) 1 is used as a means for discharging the atheroma 3 from the body, the balloon 2 is inflated in a part of the atheroma 3 causing the arteriosclerosis so as to enlarge the narrowed part. Then, the new catheter 1 is inserted in the part of the atheroma 3, while injecting solubilizing agent therein, the new catheter 1 is vibrated by the vibrator to stir the atheroma, soften it, and then sucked it out from the body. |
