The wall and/or ceiling boarding is made up from regular rectangular panels arranged on frame battens in a chessboard pattern, with intervening joint gaps. The frame battens run along a set of parallel gaps and have fixture elements anchored in them, passing through the gaps, to hold the panels. A fixture element (25) incorporates a head (28, 29) which protrudes over the adjacent panels (1-4), and a decorative covering (11), concealing the head, is inserted to sit firmly on it. A rosette-shaped unit can be inserted onto the head of a fixture element set in a joint gap intersection (10). A decorative strip (12) can extend over the gap between two adjacent rosettes, with curved ends to fit against these.
|
