PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a user for connecting to a sever side terminal device and setting of a fee-charging form. SOLUTION: This information storage device 5 is quipped with a information storage means storing information to be supplied to a communication terminal device 1 of the user, and connection information for connecting the communication terminal device 1 to server side terminal devices 2, 3 conducting at least control on communication service provided by a service provider and accounting control as information supplying to the communication terminal device via a communication network; and ID information controlled with the server side terminal devices are stored in the information storage means, and the ID information corresponds to non-charged limit display information showing the limit capable of receiving service from the service provider, without being charged for data transfer between the communication terminal device 1 and the server side terminal devices in the communication service. |
