PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module composed of power devices arranged in parallel, where the switching operations of the power devices are set nearly at the same timing. SOLUTION: Power devices which are each switched by gate signals of nearly the same potential are arranged in parallel for the formation of a power module. An inductance component possessed by at least either a first connection means or a second connection means is adjusted, so as to set the inductance between the emitter electrode and emitter extracting lead of the first power device and another inductance between the emitter electrode and emitter extracting lead of the second power device nearly equal to each other. |
