PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow presenting contents and costs of repairs to a leaving person at the site and time when witnessing the leaving and allow increasing the efficiency and reducing costs of leaving operations. SOLUTION: In an ordering system for repair at leaving by using an apparatus for calculation of repair cost, before witnessing the leaving, repair information 13 and money receiving information 14 for a lease property to be witnessed at leaving is stored into a hand-held terminal 2 from a repair information database 5 and a money receiving information database 6 in a host computer 1. At the site of witness for leaving, when inputting a quantity of the repairs at every repair item into the hand-held terminal 2, since the costs of repairs and a money amount to be settled are automatically calculated based on the repair information 13 and the money receiving information 14, the costs of repairs and the money amount are printed out on a paper by a printer 8 and presented at the site to the leaving person to get a signature and a stamp. When capturing the repair information in the hand-held terminal 2 into a host computer 1 after calculating the costs of repairs, each repair item in the repair information 13 and names of constructers respectively corresponding to each repair item are retrieved from a constructer information database 7 and construction order sheet files 8 for construction order sheets and the like including the names of constructers and the costs of the repairs are created. |
