PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a sample using a light measuring apparatus, and at the same time, to easily and surely discriminate its content, regarding a well plate in which many wells used to house the sample and a reagent are formed on a plate body and regarding the light measuring apparatus which analyzes the sample housed in the wells on the well plate. SOLUTION: In the well plate, a plurality of wells in which specimens are housed are formed on the plate body, the specimens are irradiated with an excitation light, fluorescence which is generated from the specimen is measured by a measuring optical system, and the state of the specimen is analyzed. A fluorescence discrimination marker, which is detectable by the measuring optical system, is installed in a position which can be sensed by the measuring optical system at the plate body. |
