The present invention relates to a control system for protecting a system and controlling the smoothness of power generated from wave power generation, the present invention comprising a power smoothness control system comprising: an energy storage unit which is charged by the output of a wave power generation facility and provides an output that is smoothed by a power system; a first voltage control unit which is electrically connected with the energy storage unit and voltage-controls so that a supply voltage supplied to the power system equals a first voltage setting value; and a charge amount control unit which controls the amount of power supplied to the power system.
