PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting device for a working vehicle that facilitates a height adjustment. SOLUTION: A frame 5 and an axle 6 are connected by a left-right pair of hydraulic cylinders 10 and a swing link 11. The frame 5 is mounted with proximity switches 22 and 23 via a bracket 21, and in correspondence with the proximity switches 22 and 23, a plate 24 is supported from the axle 6. The proximity switches 22 and 23 detect the relative position of the axle 6 to the frame 5. If a height is higher than a proper state, the proximity switch 22 is set on, and if it is lower, the proximity switch 23 is set on. An on-off signal from the proximity switches 22 and 23 is displayed on indicator lamps 53 and 54 in an operator cab, and an operator operates an operating lever 44 to adjust the height until the indicator lamps 53 and 54 are turned off when the height is in the proper state.
