STRAIN TOLYPOCLADIUM INFLATUM MW 152 FOR SIMULTANEOUS PRODUCTION OF CYCLOSPORINES AND INSECTICIDAL TOLYPINES

The strain Tolypocladium inflatum MW 152 was acquired from radiomutation and is stored in the collection of entomopathogenic micro-organisms of the Entomological Institute CSAV under number CCEB 2205. The new industrial strain producing cyclosporines, particularly cyclosporine A, which has pharmacological use as an immunosuppressant, antiarrhythmic and antiparasitic. The medium can be used secondarily for production of insecticide oligopeptides of tolpines.
