<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device and an inputting method which doesn't only enable a quick input operation but also makes conventional type installation space unnecessary. SOLUTION: A hemispherical projection 1a, a track ball 4, a base 6, switches 7 and 8, a switch button 9, a connector 10 and a relay substrate 10 are attached to footwear 1 such as a slipper. An operator can operates the switches 7 and 8 only by moving the tip of a toe vertically (corresponding to a click of a mouse). Because the ball 4 is exposed on the rear side face of the footwear 1, the ball 4 rotates on the floor by such a manner that the operator moves a foot.</p> |
