PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pressurize an operating gas with a pump and supply it to a resonance cavity since the pressure of excitation oxygen generated is low and a required operating pressure is high in a resonance cavity in a chemical excitation oxygen-iodine laser equipment. SOLUTION: This chemical laser equipment comprises an excitation oxygen generator generating excited oxygen, an iodine gas generator generating iodine gas, mixing means 24 mixing excited oxygen and iodine gas together, and a resonator 20 for generating laser beam from a mixed gas consisting of excited oxygen and iodine gas. In this case, a mesh 31 for generating shock wave in the mixed gas, a turbo blower 32 for pressurizing the mixed gas passed the mesh 31 and a pressurizing pump 30 for pressurizing the mixed gas pressurized by the turbo blower 32 and supplying it to the resonator 20 between the mixing means 24 and the resonator 20. |
