FIELD: grain reprocessing equipment, in particular, apparatus for steaming of grain in mill, groats and combined feed producing plants. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical cylindrical casing, transportation screw axially aligned with cylindrical casing, drive, charging and discharge devices. Sectioned boxes mounted on casing outer surface are designed for supplying of steam. Cylindrical casing surface at site of immediate contacting with sectioned boxes is made perforated. Each section of box is equipped with tangentially arranged branch pipe for supplying of steam. Radial asymmetrical conical cuts are provided through blades of transportation screws located in zone adjacent to sectioned boxes. Supersonic emitters are positioned on vertical shaft of transportation screw and on inner surface of cylindrical casing, said emitters being arranged in parallel with one another and functioning in variable operating mode. ^ EFFECT: intensified grain wet-heat treatment process, improved quality of ready product owing to more uniform treatment of grain with steam and adjusted heat supply. ^ 1 dwg |
