REAL-TIME DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD FOR VENTILATION DUCT CLOGGING DEGREE OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE

A real-time displaying control method for the ventilation duct clogging degree of an electrical appliance comprises the following steps: A) the motor real-time operating parameters are inputted to the microprocessor by an operating parameter detection circuit; B) the microprocessor estimates the current static pressure value PAR inside the current ventilation ducts according to the motor real-time operating parameters; C) the microprocessor calculates the real-time static pressure percentage through dividing current static pressure value PAR by the designed maximum static pressure value PARmax; D) the microprocessor displays the real-time static pressure percentage by the display device to indicate the ventilation duct clogging degree. This method can visually represent the duct clogging status, and the blockage inside the duct can be cleaned in time.
