<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a lithium cell which can improve a deposition rate when an anode active substance membrane is deposited by deposition using a vaporing raw material with silicon as a main composition, and has an excellent productivity and maintains a high level charging and discharging capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an electrode for a lithium cell includes a process in which a vaporing material containing Si and Fe 0.0005 or more and 0.15 or less in a mol ration of Fe/(Si+Fe) is prepared, and a deposition process in which the vaporing material is melted and vapored and deposited on a current collector directly or with a base layer in-between. The electrode 33 for a lithium cell includes the current collector and an anode active substance membrane composed of SiFeyOx (wherein 0<x<2 and moreover 0.0001≤y/(1+y)<0.03) which is laminated on the current collector directly or with the base layer in-between. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
