PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the processing operation of an object device to be managed by communicating instructions by an existent general communication procedure through the network device supervisory control method which monitors and controls the operation of individual network equipment by a network managing device. SOLUTION: The network managing device sends (1-1) an instruction by the general communication procedure to network equipment as an object device to be managed, which starts (1-2) changing process operation for the internal state of the object device to be managed once receiving the instruction by the general communication procedure, and carries on (1-4) the processing operation once receiving (1-3) the instruction by the general communication procedure again within a certain time and ends (1-5) the processing operation once the communication of the instruction by the general communication procedure from the network managing device is ceased.
