<p>PURPOSE:To produce a decorative laminated sheet which permanently holds surface smoothness and is excellent in flaw resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a decorative laminated sheet constituted by coating a base material sheet with ultraviolet hardenable resin, the base material sheet is coated with ultraviolet hardenable resin containing a slipping agent having acryloyl group in the terminal. A film good in ultraviolet-ray transmission is overlapped thereon and the upper part thereof is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to harden the ultraviolet hardenable resin. Thereafter the film good in ultraviolet-ray transmission is peeled. Acrylate or methacrylate substance of higher aliphatic acid having >=10 straight-chain carbon atoms is used as the slipping agent having acryloyl group in the terminal. Further the content thereof in ultraviolet hardenable resin is regulated to 5-15wt.%.</p> |
