The present invention relates to a depth sounder lifting device with a device fixing tank having a depth sounding converter to be able to go outside the ship, which is able to support the device fixing tank from resistance of water in a stable manner during depth sounding. The device of the present invention comprises: a housing unit placed on the bottom of the ship to include: a housing main frame in a cylindrical shape with the bottom opened; and a plurality of reinforcing ribs radially protruding from a circumferential surface of the housing main frame; an elevating unit including: a hydraulic cylinder placed on the top of the housing main frame; and a lifting rod connected to a rod of the hydraulic cylinder; a device accommodating unit including: the device fixing tank fixated on the bottom end of the lifting rod; and a tank cover placed on the circumferential surface of the device fixing tank; and a guide unit including: a pair of rails fixated on the inner circumferential surface of the housing main frame; and an elevating bogie placed on the rails to be movable and to have its rear surface fixated on the device fixing tank. The rails are placed at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the ship to be fixated on the inner circumferential surface of the housing main frame.
