PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction-exhaust device of a toilet bowl drainage channel capable of controlling a suction speed and a suction quantity when sucking and exhausting air from the toilet bowl drainage channel. SOLUTION: A main valve V<SB>1</SB>is opened, and flush water is supplied to the rim 3 via a water supply pipe 10, and a toilet bowl is flushed, and a part of the flush water passes through into an ejector 21 via a pipe 12. Thus, negative pressure is accumulated in a negative pressure tank 30. Next, an operation valve V<SB>4</SB>is opened, and the negative pressure tank 30 communicates with a first chamber 41 of an operation tank 40. Thus, a diaphragm 43 in the operation tank 40 is pulled up, and the air in the drain flow passage 5 is sucked and exhausted in a second chamber 42 of the operation tank 40, and a siphon discharge flow is formed.
