PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system in which each on-vehicle unit in a service area can fairly receive services, all of dynamic state information from the on-vehicle units can be collected, and voice interruption does not occur during speech by voice. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system is composed of a base station and a plurality of mobile stations provided with an on-vehicle wireless device. The dynamic state information of the mobile stations is transmitted from the on-vehicle wireless devices to the wireless device of the base station in the system. The on-vehicle wireless device has a time information detector for detecting time information from the received signal, a timer device, and a storage. The timer device is controlled by a detection signal from the time information detector. The storage is provided with a table storing the time to transmit the dynamic state information of the mobile station from the on-vehicle wireless device. The on-vehicle wireless device transmits the dynamic state information of the mobile station to the wireless device of the base station on the basis of the time recorded in the table.
