PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover which is excellent removal performance, is inexpensive, is excellent in workability, causes no hindrance to health during use, and peels and removes a peel-up adhesive deposited on a coated surface; a more effective removal method using the remover; and a washing machine which can easily and neatly remove a peel-up adhesive from a floor surface without the need for exchange of a pad and a pad base due to clogging in the work process.SOLUTION: A remover for peeling and removing a peel-up adhesive is formed of an aqueous solution which contains sodium bicarbonate as a main component. A method for peeling and removing a peel-up adhesive includes: applying a treatment liquid onto a floor surface as a pre-treatment; curing the deposited peel-up adhesive; applying a remover formed of an aqueous solution containing sodium bicarbonate as a main component onto the floor surface; and washing the floor surface with a polisher. In a machine used for a removal work, a plurality of diamond cutters for polishing are attached to a pad base of a polisher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
