PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: a conventional addition method of a medicine using a microscope apparatus and a manipulator does not sufficiently consider a relative position relation of a cell group, a lighting system, and the manipulator; and medicine addition or cell removal for a defective cell is not properly performed due to shadow of the manipulator.SOLUTION: During medicine addition and cell removal in a cell cultivation device, a manipulator 112 is positioned above the centroid of a defective section, a lighting system 111 is moved to a position closest to the centroid of the defective section on a vector from the centroid of the defective section to the total centroid of the nondefective section and the defective section without mechanical interference of the manipulator 112 and the lighting system 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
