PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify battery replacing work, by instantly unlocking a lock without requiring an exclusive data input machine, in an emergency of battery exhaustion. SOLUTION: This card lock system 1 is incorporated with a battery 6 as a driving source, and adopts a card type electric lock for automatically locking and unlocking the lock 5b by power source supply from the battery 6 only when locking-unlocking information is normally authenticated, by discriminating justice of the locking unlocking information by collating registered information with the locking-unlocking information prestored in a card when locking and unlocking the lock 5b. An emergency power source supply card 3 with the battery is inserted and installed in a card insertion port of the card type electric lock 3 when unlocking the lock 5b in an emergency when the battery exhaustion is caused in the battery 6, and a power source for unlocking the lock 5b is supplied to the card type electric lock 3.
