PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a door structure for a vehicle capable of suppressing turning around a hinge of an impact beam when receiving a load from the outside in the door thickness direction. SOLUTION: The door structure 10 for the vehicle is equipped with a door inner panel 42 which is turnably connected to a vehicle body for opening/closing a vehicle body opening part through the hinge at one end in the door width direction, and composes a rear side door 28. The door inner panel 42 has a door front part vertical wall 48 opposing to a backward directed wall part 20B of a center pillar 20 in such a state that the rear side door 28 closes the vehicle body opening part. The both ends in the door width direction of the door inner panel 42 are connected to the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the impact beam 34 to be longitudinal in the door width direction. The door structure 10 for the vehicle has an upper wall 58 and a lower wall 60 extending along the door width direction and the door thickness direction, and is equipped with an extension 40 which is intervened between the impact beam 34 and the door front part vertical wall 48 so as to transmit the load.
