PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch to generate arc plasma throughout a wide range in a skirt-form and increase an arc plasma size or to provide a disposing device using the plasma torch. SOLUTION: In the disposing device for waste to generate arc plasma by using the plasma torch, an arc generating electrode is formed in a hollow shape and at least one of the external part and the internal part of the arc generating electrode forms a gas flow passage. |
